1957-2023

SUMMITVILLE, IN Terry L. Wibel, 65, entered peace and rest from Community Hospital in Anderson on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, following an extended illness.

Terry was born on November 21, 1957, in Peru to Dallas and Beverly (Young) Wibel and has lived in Summitville since 1988. He was a graduate of Maconaquah High School in Peru-Class of 1976. Terry had worked for General Tire in both Marion and Wabash for 26 years, retiring in 2002. He was a member of the Fairmount American Legion.

Survivors: Wife-Margo Wibel-married September 6, 1988, Step-Daughter-Carrie Carey-Pendleton, Step- Son-Ryan Holder-Fairmount, Son- Nick Wibel, 2 Grandsons, Mother and Step-father-Beverly and Fred Freshe of Peru, Sister-Sharan Harter-Marion, Special Aunt-Agnes Humble-Foley, Alabama, Nephews and extended family.

He was preceded in death by his father and a brother-Dave Wibel

Visitation and services will start at 5 pm on Monday, May 22, 2023, in the Owens-Noffze Funeral Home. Cremation will follow the services.
