INDIANAPOLIS — Tipton, Frankton and Alexandria will open their respective high school football sectionals at home, while Elwood, Tri-Central and Madison-Grant will be on the road.The Indiana High School Athletic Association announced the pairings for all the sectionals on Sunday night’s pairings show.
