APD Office Feature:
Alexandria Police Department patrol officer, Nick Oldham, joined the department in April of this year. Prior to joining APD, Oldham served with the Elwood Police Department for 12 ½ years before joining the Madison County Sheriff’s Department. He served for MCSD for about a year and a half.

B&K Second Annual Hot Dog eating contest
B&K hosted it second annual Hot Dog eating contest Saturday afternoon. Fifteen contestants competed, with Eddie Ewing capturing the win for the second year. Ewing ate 15 hot dogs for the win.
